Dangerous Building Hearing

The purpose of this meeting and agenda is:
1. Structure on Parcel No. 70-03-34-226-006 or 15161 161 st Ave., Grand Haven is in violation of the Dangerous Buildings Ordinance 40.0200. The property owner, and/or interested parties, shall have the opportunity, at the hearing, to show cause why the Hearing Officer should not order the structure to be demolished, otherwise made safe, or be properly maintained.
The Hearing Officer shall take testimony of the enforcing agency, the owner(s) of the property, and
any interested party. Not more than five (5) days after completion of the hearing, the Hearing Officer
shall render a decision on the status of the property.
